Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Guitar
Carefully place the instrument back into its original gig bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure return shipping.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
